1. About Nutrica

Nutrica is an independent nutrition and wellness application developed by Nguyen Quang Hung. It helps users estimate meal nutrition, track daily habits and review progress. Nutrica provides general wellness information and is not a medical service.

2. Information we may process

Information you provide

• Account information such as your name and email address.
• Meal photographs and information you submit for food analysis.
• Food logs, calorie and macro targets, water intake, weight entries and wellness preferences.
• Messages you send when requesting support.

Information from your device

• Step and activity data from Apple Health, only after you grant permission.
• App version, device type, diagnostics and crash information used to maintain reliability.
• Subscription status supplied through Apple to unlock paid features.

3. How information is used

Information is processed to provide requested features, analyze meals, calculate and display estimates, personalize goals, sync permitted activity data, manage subscriptions, answer support requests, prevent abuse and improve app reliability.

4. AI-powered features

When you use an AI analysis feature, the content required to complete that request, such as a meal image and relevant context, may be securely transmitted to contracted cloud or AI service providers. Nutrica uses these providers only to deliver and improve requested product functionality. AI-generated nutrition results are estimates and should be reviewed before use.

5. Apple Health

Health information received through HealthKit is used only to provide health and fitness features inside Nutrica. It is not used for advertising and is not sold. You can change Nutrica’s Health access at any time in iOS Settings.

6. Sharing and service providers

Nutrica may share the minimum information needed with providers that support hosting, AI processing, diagnostics, analytics, customer support and payment verification. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect users, or as part of a business transfer. Nutrica does not sell personal information.

7. Retention and security

Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes and protect the product. Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure.

8. Your choices

You can update app permissions, stop using AI features, change HealthKit access or request access, correction or deletion of your account information. Deleting the app does not automatically delete information stored in an account; contact us if you need assistance.

9. Children

Nutrica is not designed to collect personal information from children without appropriate parental involvement. If you believe a child has submitted personal information without authorization, contact us so the request can be reviewed and the information removed where required.

10. International processing

Service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, Nutrica uses appropriate protections for such transfers.

11. Changes

This policy may be updated as Nutrica evolves. The effective date at the top of this page will be revised when material changes are made.
