1. The service

Nutrica provides tools for meal scanning, estimated nutrition analysis, habit tracking and progress review. Features may change as the product develops.

2. Wellness information only

Nutrica does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Food recognition, calorie, nutrient, body-metric and goal calculations are estimates that may be incomplete or inaccurate. Do not rely on Nutrica for urgent, clinical or safety-critical decisions. Consult a qualified professional for medical conditions, pregnancy, allergies, eating disorders or specialized dietary needs.

3. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and review AI-generated estimates before relying on them.
• Use the service lawfully and do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer or abuse it.
• Maintain the security of your device and account credentials.
• Do not upload content you do not have the right to use.

4. AI-generated results

Some features use artificial intelligence. AI output can be wrong, incomplete or inconsistent. You remain responsible for reviewing your data and deciding whether it is appropriate for your personal circumstances.

5. Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions are processed by Apple and are subject to the price, billing period, renewal and cancellation terms shown at purchase. Manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID settings. Refund requests are handled under Apple’s policies.

6. Intellectual property

Nutrica, its branding, software, visual design and original content are owned by the developer or licensed providers. These terms grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive and revocable right to use the app.

7. Availability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. Nutrica may be updated, interrupted or discontinued, and no specific outcome or uninterrupted availability is guaranteed.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Nutrica and its developer are not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the service or reliance on estimates. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Privacy

Use of the service is also governed by the Nutrica Privacy Policy.

10. Changes and termination

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Access may be restricted for misuse or material violations.
